It is perfect for daily hand washing and can also be used as a shower soap. With its silky lather, the soap is as gentle as possible while still retaining all the disinfecting properties that are so important right now. How do soaps work against viruses and bacteria?

Cold process soaps, such as those produced at SOLIDU, have a high pH value. This makes them naturally antibacterial, as bacteria cannot multiply at a pH of 9. Washing hands with soap increases the pH value of the hands significantly, which destroys the fatty acid layer of the virus, dissolving, breaking down and washing it away.

It is recommended to wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Proper hand washing removes dirt, viruses and bacteria and prevents them from spreading to other people and objects. Hand sanitizer gel can be used when soap and water are not available, however soap is the preferred and better option.
