Packaged as usual in a single-chamber tea bag, steep for a maximum of 5 minutes, otherwise the bitter compounds will become overpowering and the tea will be very bitter. This tea is primarily intended to benefit the intestines, which is why the taste suffers. A spoonful of honey can remedy this. Do not drink the tea for more than 2 weeks and then take a break.
