You may think plastic bags, plastic straws and eating utensils are bad for the environment… And yes, they are. But you might be surprised to learn that cigarette butts are actually the most abundant form of plastic waste in the world, (last we checked, it was 4.5 trillion butts polluting our planet). They also contain hundreds of toxic chemicals and are the single largest source of ocean trash.

Now, we know it’s hard to quit smoking. We know not everyone likes to roll their own cigarettes and use more environmentally friendly alternatives than filters. But here at Damn Plastic, we're not about to tell you that you have to go ALL the way… There are little steps in between that everyone can take to contribute to a better world. For example, stop flicking your cigarette buds on the street, in the park, at the beach… In short: Don't be an #ashhole. Use a pocket ash tray. Here's our version… made with paper, recycled aluminum and no damn plastic. It's fun. It's cheeky (see what we did there 😉). It's easy.
