As the name suggests, this iced tea delights the palate with its prominent thyme flavor. Marigold petals give the water a beautiful yellowish hue. Dandelion leaves round out the flavor, while dried apple pieces add a fruity note. Instructions: For a pot of iced tea, pour cold water over 4-5 teaspoons of the tea and let it steep for at least one hour. Stir or shake several times during this time.
