Apply a thin layer to your armpits after showering. The stick melts at body temperature and is easy to apply. If it has softened in the sun, simply refrigerate it briefly to allow it to solidify again. The deodorant does not stain clothes and is 100% biodegradable. Do not push the contents out too far. If the stick doesn't pop up easily, you can gently roll the closed stick on a flat surface. This will release the contents and allow the stick to be easily pushed up.
